When the contract is signed, to continue holding the date, we require a $200 booking fee to be paid. 30 days after the contract is signed, 50% of the balance is due. The final 50% of the fee is due in an additional 60 days, but must be 60 days prior to the event. You are welcome to send smaller, partial payments of any amount prior to the specified date, as long as the total fee is paid in full no later than 60 days prior to your event.
To reserve a date, email us at pam@castlerocklavender.com saying you are ready to book XYZ date, if it is still available and then include a backup date in case your preferred date is unavailable. Dates cannot be held unless the initial deposit has been received and the contracts have been signed.

That is a great question! In general, we believe the average budget for the venue expense is 30% of the total wedding cost. However, with some creativity and making use of the different options we offer, you can achieve some significant savings.
No. You can choose your own vendors for your wedding. However, the vendors must be licensed and insured to be able to conduct business here.
We are animal lovers here! If you would like to have your dogs to participate in any part of your day, they must be under control of someone the entire time and must be cleaned up after.
We accept cash, check, or credit card. Please note that if you are going to use a credit card, there is a 3% processing fee added to each transaction.
